This Privacy Policy applies to the Edunest mobile application (the "App"), used by the parents, students, and staff of Lycée Pascal (Mount Lebanon, Lebanon). The App is developed and operated on behalf of the school by Spectre Middle East ("SPME", "we", "us", "our"), a software development and consulting company with offices in Lebanon and the United Arab Emirates. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect personal information through the App.

Information we collect

Account information: name, email address, phone number, and login credentials created for you by the school administration.
Student and family information: student names, classes, family relationships, and related school records managed by the administration.
Academic information: grades, report cards, attendance, homework, agendas, and school communications.
Financial information: tuition, fees, payments, and receipts related to your family's account with the school.
Device information: a device token used to deliver push notifications to your phone.

How we use your information

To let you sign in and use the App securely.
To show you grades, attendance, agendas, homework, and school communications relevant to your family.
To send you push notifications about school activity (for example new grades, agendas, or tuition reminders).
To manage tuition and payment records with the school administration.

How we share your information

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for marketing or advertising. Information is visible only to you, the school staff who need it for educational and administrative purposes, and Spectre Middle East as the App's developer, which hosts the infrastructure and delivers push notifications on the school's behalf.

Children's privacy

Student information in the App is managed by the school and made available to the student's parents or guardians. Accounts are created and controlled by the school administration; children do not register on their own.

Data security

Access to the App requires authentication, communication with our servers is encrypted in transit, and access to personal data is restricted to authorized school staff and Spectre Middle East personnel who maintain the App.

Data retention and deletion

We keep personal information for as long as your family or role is associated with the school, and as required by legal or educational record-keeping obligations. You can request deletion of your account at any time from the account deletion page. Once processed, your account and associated personal data are deleted; some academic and administrative records may be retained by the school where the law requires it.

Your rights

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by contacting Spectre Middle East at the details above, or through the school administration.
